Student Programs

Our interns and co-ops are trusted with a professional level of responsibility in order to gain hands-on experience and test their abilities. You will work on real-life projects, get exposure to senior leaders across the organization and participate in a multitude of learning events all in an effort to build your business acumen, relationship building and communication skills.

You will have the opportunity to work with iconic household brands, and see firsthand how our products are manufactured, marketed and sold. The internship or co-op culminates with your presentation to the department’s leadership team where your work may be turned into action.

The paid student opportunities described below are located in our Ewing, NJ headquarters with the exception of Research & Development (R&D) which is located in our Global R&D center in Princeton, NJ office. We offer three (3) month internships, running from May thru August; and six to eight (6-8) month co-ops running throughout the year.



Our Global Information Technology co-op program targets undergraduate college students. As an IT co-op you will get exposure to e-commerce, web design/programming, SAP, and application solutions. During your assignment you will also have the opportunity to interact and support cross-functional business units.



In our Marketing internship program, you will become an integral member of the marketing team working on a number of specific business building projects. These projects address current business needs for our top-selling brands, including TROJAN™, ARM & HAMMER™, OXICLEAN™, VITAFUSION™ and L'IL CRITTERS™ Vitamins, SPINBRUSH™, NAIR™, and FIRST RESPONSE™. Interns will gain firsthand experience in areas such as: business strategy development, data analysis, evaluating market opportunities for new products; participating in market research, new package development, developing creative for consumer promotions and advertising, and innovation.

The Church & Dwight internship program also provides multiple opportunities to interact with and present to senior management, as well as field visits with our multiple agency partners across the various disciplines of media planning, advertising development, and public relations.

Our internship program for MBA students is a 12 week program and our co-op program for undergrad students is a 6 month program.



Our Operations intern and co-op program targets undergrad college students. Interns and co-ops in the company’s Operations area will be challenged with real-life projects in our Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehouse or Inventory planning, Global Manufacturing Services, Customer Logistics, Procurement or Environmental-Safety departments.



Our R&D intern and co-op program targets undergrad college students. As an R&D department intern or co-op, you’ll join our team of Chemists and Engineers, and tackle challenging and practical projects related to Packaging Engineering, Process Engineering and Chemistry disciplines.
