Dwight Co., Inc. has been in the forefront
of consumer marketing. From 19th century trading
cards and “Books of Valuable Recipes”
to 20th-century print advertisements and radio
and television commercials, a wide range of
communication tools educated the public to
the many attributes of Baking Soda. This pictorial
record, first published in 1996 to celebrate
our 150th Anniversary, chronicles the progression
of our consumer product marketing in the United
States over the 150 years since our founding.
